HLR
WCDMA-HLR, which uses 3GPP MAP Protocol, holds all mobile specific subscriber data and contains a number of functions to manage those data.  It controls services and enables to provide data service as well as the basic voice service by managing and providing the subscriber data. It also supports the Backward Compatibility with GSM Network, enabling subscribers to be served in the GSM Network. WCDMA-HLR holds the Real Time Main Memory DBMS, and is configured with FT(Fault Tolerant) structure. User-Friendly GUI(Graphic User Interface) is the one of the significant points of WCDMA-HLR.
